WHEN DOES MY PLAN START?

Your plan starts on the date of your first scheduled visit, not the day you purchase it.

This gives you flexibility to plan your visits around your schedule.

All therapies are scheduled ahead of your visit to make sure that they are available when you arrive.

HOW DO PLAN WORK?

Once you purchase a plan, you’ll unlock access to our booking calendar.

You can schedule your sessions in advance and use the therapies included in your plan throughout your active period.​​​

ARE THERE CERTAIN THERAPIES FOR SKIN or body recovery?

Yes. We offer targeted therapies for:

DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?

No—there are no contracts, no hidden fees, and no long-term commitments.

Yes. Every first visit includes a guided experience.

We’ll walk you through the studio, explain each therapy, and help you choose what’s best for your body and goals.

what should i wear?

​

Wear comfortable clothing.

• Most treatments can be done fully clothed

• For certain therapies, minimal layers may be recommended

**If you’re using the mineral float tub, cold plunge and contrast therapy bring swimwear.

​Do i need to make an appointment?

​

Yes—sessions are reserved in advance and availability can fill up.

We recommend booking your sessions ahead of time to ensure your preferred therapies are available when you arrive.

How to purchase gift cards?

​​

You can purchase gift cards directly on our website.

Choose an amount, enter the recipient’s details, and schedule delivery.
The recipient will receive an email with their unique gift card code.

How to redeem gift cards?

​

At checkout, select “Redeem Gift Card” and enter the code provided in your email.​​​

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

​

Cancellations must be submitted prior to your billing date to avoid the next charge.

If cancellation occurs after billing has processed, you have a 3-day penalty-free cancellation exclusive of holidays and weekends, after which, if cancelled, the studio can retain fees for services already rendered and the membership remains active through the current billing cycle.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND policy?

Refunds are not prorated unless required by law or in special circumstances (relocation, disability, or facility closure).
